What People's Say About Place

Pleasantly surprised by the Blind Pig! Such a unique atmosphere. Someone had a really awesome vision when remodeling this old building. The food was great and the wait staff was amazing! Oh, and the Moscow mule was perfect.

Ruben, pulled pork sandwich, and pig out burger! Excellent! Best Ruben ive had anywhere, burgers cooked perfectly, and pulled pork was tender and flavorful. Also had the egg rolls and they were top notch, especially with the dipping sauce. Mac and cheese has a kick so be prepared.

Had lunch with relatives from Florida. Nine of us with 3 aged 9 and under. We were seated upstairs and had plenty of room for the little ones to move around. They’d never seen a PacMan game so had fun with that. Service and food were AMAZING!!! Our server even offered to take group pictures for us. Wonderful experience all around. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful experience this was, from the moment we walked in the door to the time we walked out. We interacted briefly with 4 of the staff, and they were all helpful. Carter, our server, was spectacular! Friendly, helpful with the menu (our first visit), and overall a great server. My wife had the pecan pulled pork with a side of cole slaw (which of course she put on her sandwich) and I had the pulled pork grilled cheese with a side of house chips. The house chips were great, not greasy, and the horseradish dipping sauce was made from freshly ground horseradish! It's nice when a place meets (or exceeds) its reputation. This place has a place now in our rotation of local restaurants!

Love the pigs everywhere, great local spot with plenty of options. The food was excellent, and the service was as well. We were sat upstairs, which meant the servers had to use the stairs to get food and drinks, causing a bit of a wait, but I think it was worth it for more seating options.

Greeted at the door like family. Great options for drinks and food. We started with the nachos and then had tenderloin with fries and tots, and a grilled cheese. Drinks were kept refilled and servers checked in frequently. Great for couples or families/groups. Will be back!

Have had food herea out 5 times now, we also carry out and our food has been great e very time. Very friendly service. Atmosphere is really nice. It's an old building restored downtown Monticello. They've done a great job. There is also an upstairs. Recommend!

The breaded tenderloin and tater tots were very juicy and tasty. It is one of the best tenderloins I’ve had. Carter, our bartender/server was very social and explained the specials. The building was a remodeled old building and was very nice.
